We provide photo, video, drone, and creative services for various events and occasions, including couples, engagement, wedding, celebration, maternity, newborn, family, and pets. We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds your expectations.
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 70% for all services.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client,
except in extenuating circumstances, as determined by our team.
All bookings are only confirmed upon payment in full of the agreed-upon price.
Payment can be made via online payment links or EFT to the account provided.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not made in full.
We reserve the right to use images and videos taken during the course of our services for marketing and advertising purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media accounts, and promotional materials. If you do not wish for your images or videos to be used in this way, please inform us in writing before the date of the event.
All products delivered to the client will be in edited form. We do not provide the raw content captured on the day.
Any requests for additional editing will be subject to an additional fee, to be agreed upon between our team and the client.
The client acknowledges that all images, videos, and other materials produced by Couto Lucas Ltd. and Couto Lucas Photography Ltd. are subject to copyright laws. The client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the materials produced by Couto Lucas Ltd. and Couto Lucas Photography Ltd. for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
In the event that the client needs to cancel the booking, they must do so in writing at least 20 days prior to the scheduled event.
If the client cancels the booking within 10 days of the scheduled event, they will be liable for 100% of the total agreed-upon price.
Couto Lucas Ltd. and Couto Lucas Photography Ltd. will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from any delay or failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, power outages, or equipment failure. Our liability for any damages or losses arising from our services is limited to the total agreed-upon price of the services.
Couto Lucas Ltd. and Couto Lucas Photography Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our services if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, and governmental actions.
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between Couto Lucas Ltd. and Couto Lucas Photography Ltd. and the client, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings between the parties. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In the event that the client needs to reschedule the booking, they must do so in writing at least 20 days prior to the scheduled event.
If the client requests to reschedule the booking within 10 days of the scheduled event, they will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 30% of the package price, subject to the availability of Couto Lucas Ltd. and Couto Lucas Photography Ltd.
